I'm unable to open the mystery chests due to connection error, what can I do?

The mystery chests require internet connection to open. In case you're receiving a connection error when you attempt to open a chest, please try the following to see if the problem is solved:

- Close the game fully, check that your device is connected, then launch the game again

- If using mobile data, try switching to Wi-Fi connection instead

- Wait for a while and try again a bit later to see if connection then works again
