How to get in touch, if FAQs don't help?

If none of the FAQ articles provides an answer to a problem in the game, and you need further help, you can send us a ticket in the game. When you get to your map screen and select the cogwheel on the very bottom of the menu on the left side of your screen, you will see the "Support" button.

Tap on the "Contact us" on the top right and then on "New" to create a ticket. Any tickets you create will be shown in this "My tickets" view. Selecting a already created ticket listed there will let you view it and comment on our response, if needed.

You can also send attachments here - screenshots or receipts for instance. On the bottom of the screen you see the "Comment" field. Tap on the icon on the very left of the field, which is the attachment icon. Then tap on the plus sign and either choose an existing photo or take a photo. Now choose your photo, after which you should see an "x", a plus sign and a small icon of your picture. Tap on the "x". Then write your message on the comment field and hit send.
