In sending us your support request please be sure to include relevant information about the advert that is at issue. This includes:
- Your device and its operating system version
- The point at which the advert appears
- Your location (city and country)
- Information on what is being advertised
- A screenshot if possible
Once we receive you support request with as much of the information above as possible we will investigate.
